This privacy policy is applicable to any personal information which is given by you to Sudbury Hill Community Church (SHCC) via this web sites located at: http://www.shccuk.org and all its related websites.

Where this Privacy Policy is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of any other area of SHCC, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

“You” shall mean you, the user of the site, “SHCC” shall mean Sudbury Hill Community Church, which is a Kensington Temple London City Church and part of the Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance, Registered Charity No. 251549, and its associated websites.

When using SHCC websites you may encounter areas such as games, competitions, surveys, blogs, comments and/or chat forums where you may be asked to enter User Information. Such User Information will only be used for the purposes stated at the collection point or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

SHCC shall not sell or otherwise transfer the User Information to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of You. If applicable, You will have the opportunity to indicate whether You would like to “opt out” of receiving promotional and/or marketing information about other products, services and offerings from SHCC and/or any third parties.
